Kelly Science is seeking a Filling Technician to join one of our partners for an exciting direct-hire (permanent) position in Chaska, MN. Here you can play a crucial role in theirr cleanroom environment, ensuring the efficient operation of syringe and vial filling equipment.

　　Your responsibilities will include:

　　Executing syringe and vial filling processes in accordance with established procedures

　　Communicating any variations in processing to the supervisor

　　Adhering to assigned standard operating procedures

　　Operating WFI heat exchangers

　　Qualifying for gowning to enter a class 100 cleanroom

　　Employing aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment

　　Completing batch records accurately in real-time

　　To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry

　　Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes consistently

　　Flexibility to work a schedule that may include overtime

　　Mechanical aptitude

　　Ability to stand for the majority of the shift

　　Preferred qualifications include post-secondary science and/or technical training, as well as experience in cleanroom and/or manufacturing within a regulated industry.
