  The Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), formerly known as ACL or Clinical Care Coordinator, provides both clinical care to patients and direct oversight of day-to-day responsibilities of nursing team members. The CNL is the main contact for a variety of nursing functions in support of management and staff. Serves as a resource for clinical expertise and mentoring / coaching of staff. Facilitates the delivery of quality patient care through strong critical thinking skills, open communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary health team. The CNL drives the staff to provide an exceptional experience for the patient and family.

  Patient Satisfaction. Solicit and respond to patient feedback to improve service and processes that will enhance the patient experienceMedication Administration & Reporting. Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbalDocumentation. Ensure concise, pertinent and complete patient care documentation using computerized medical record process

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

  LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

  BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)PAY RANGE: $33.50 - $48.00

  The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
