Description:

　　MIG/TIG welding - primarily MIG welding

　　Welding 90-100% of the time majority of the work week

　　Assisting with basic fabrication, cutting sheets of metal to length, assembly, spot welding, etc.

　　Work Environment:

　　Once you get hired on direct, will pay for additional education if they want to advance in something like welding, or even engineering.

　　Very clean environment. Extremely large company, they have three separate buildings in Anoka.

　　The building is NOT air conditioned, so this is something that people need to be locked down on.

　　Hours:

　　2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm M-F

　　3rd Shift: 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday

　　Pay:
