Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will work cross-functionally with a team of Engineers and Lean Enterprise Leaders within the manufacturing/warehousing environment providing daily support developing and improving processes through the effective use of established systems and lean tools. You will directly support the development and deployment of an enterprise strategy aimed at driving a continuous improvement culture throughout all areas of the organization. This role will also work across organizational boundaries to collaborate with other functional groups and world areas with a focus on driving innovative solutions to better serve our internal and external customers.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Design and/or develop manufacturing processes and techniques and help solve manufacturing/warehousing problems
Lead continuous improvement efforts and use lean tools when participating or leading kaizen activities
Interact on a regular basis with other functional groups and customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters
Prepare detailed plans, generally spanning several months, necessary to complete assigned projects
Utilize tools and skills to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and drive a project to successful conclusion
Develop procedures including process flows and work instructions
Assist in development and deployment of a strategy to support a sustainable Lean Enterprise
Be an overall promoter of lean practices, support training needs for the organization, and coordinate / conduct lean training

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school.
Minimum two (2) years of applicable experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
ABET-accredited engineering degree
Mechanical or Industrial and Systems Engineering Degree
Previous Manufacturing/Material Flow Experience
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma processes
SharePoint, Visio, Power BI, & Mural experience
