They are looking for an Accounting Manager to become part of their enthusiastic finance team and partners. Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records for various GP entities.

Track carry grants, vesting schedules, terminations, and allocations.

Calculate and report performance carry balances quarterly.

Manage GP distributions and collaborate with fund teams and brokers.

Oversee quarter-end and annual financial statements for management companies.

Prepare quarterly reports, conduct flux analysis, and allocate net fee income.

Supervise external accounting and invoice processing.

Lead the internal budgeting process, monitor financial results, and review them with team leads.

Review and approve vendor invoices, manage expense policies, and oversee corporate credit card usage.

Ensure financial systems comply with reporting requirements.

Requirements

8+ years of accounting in Venture Capital or Private Equity

Ideally public and private experience

Bachelor's in Accounting

Comfortable in a hands-on role, contributing to accounting close and annual audits

Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with ERP systems like Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks a plus
