Job Title:

　　Senior Director, Consumer Marketing

　　Role Overview:

　　We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Consumer Marketing to join our team to lead our Brand and Integrated Marketing campaigns. As we embark on a brand and consumer-first marketing transformation, this role will play a critical role in driving our consumer marketing efforts and in redefining McAfee to consumers. This role reports to the Vice President, Growth Marketing.

　　We prefer candidates located in the Dallas/Frisco or California marketplace. We will only consider candidates currently in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time

　　About the Role: 

　　Shape the positioning of our brand, showcasing our leadership in online protection

　　Lead the strategy, development and execution of full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, drive understanding, and build overall growth

　　Develop the annual plan for brand and integrated seasonal campaigns

　　Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners and agencies (Product Marketing, Comms, Analytics, Social, Growth, Creative) in the development of the campaigns to ensure strong integration and flawless execution

　　Drive key metrics and programs such as NPS, Brand Health and campaign performance

　　Be a voice for the consumer and the brand: ensure visual and messaging consistency across programs, audiences, and regions across the business

　　Partner in the development of key companywide initiatives including events and influencer programs

　　Move easily between complex activities and communicating strategies, results and opportunities to leadership, partners and cross-functional teams

　　Ability to develop award-winning campaigns and leverage best in class practices

　　Strong understanding of media strategies and channels

　　Very strong relationship building and cross-functional collaboration capabilities across various levels of partners and skill sets

　　Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

　　Persuasive verbal and written communication

　　Ability to move with speed and purpose and drive change

　　About You:

　　12+ years of leading consumer-facing marketing and integrated campaigns, including influencers and event marketing campaigns

　　Deep experience in brand strategy, architecture, messaging and visual identity systems

　　Have worked in a high-growth or transformation mindset business

　　Experience managing agency partners (media, creative, and research)

　　Prior experience in a leadership role

　　Experience with global businesses. Experience in the tech/software industry a plus
