What you’ll do:

　　Responsible for managing the plant engineering activities to maximize customer satisfaction by maintaining continuous improvement in our work& complete on a timely basis and at the right cost. The position will also be responsible for achieving all aspects of the operational goals, while building a strong culture of EBS.

　　a. Manage departmental activities effectively & form appropriate working culture as per companies policies .

　　b. Achieve desired uptime for all plant machineries & equipment.

　　c. Analyze consumption of resources like Water Consumption & Electricity consumption. Make necessary changes & development to reduce consumptions.

　　d. Budgets maintenance cost occurred & gives out ideas to reduce cost to increase our business profit.

　　e. Plan the preventive maintenance activities & review it.

　　f. Provide effective solution on time sensitive and emergency situation arise in the plant in Safety, Quality, Major Break downs and productivity and ensure smooth continuation of plant operation.

　　g. Study occurrence of repetitive break down & finalize corrective action for it.

　　h. To be a part of various development activities & exhibit our ideas in it.

　　i. Reviews activity related to Utilities & maintains it properly.

　　j. Train teamwork under us & increase their confidence.

　　k. Develop Safety work culture by arranging various programs & training, as a part of safety committee member conducts all related activities & maintain it.

　　l. Plan manpower according to scheduled work.

　　m. Breakdown Maintenance followed by the Root cause analysis of the Problems & to prepare the action

　　Plans for Corrective & Prevention.

　　m. A proper co-ordination of the production & Maintenance Department & to develop the well cultured

　　Working atmosphere as per ethics.

　　n. To maintain Minimum Inventory of spare parts required for maintenance.

　　Qualifications:

　　10-15 years experience in maintenance and management roles with prior plant engineering activity.

　　Skills:

　　Involvement in new development and growth projects.

　　Experience in the following areas will be preferred – ISO16949, Plan & Maintain Plant Engg. New development and growth Project activities, EHS.
