About Office Support Assistant

  Adecco is assisting in the search for an organized Office Support Assistant in Hopkinsville, KY. This is a long-term opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Office Support Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, transferring calls and or taking messages, opening mail, filing, and data entry.   This is a 1st shift opportunity, with pay at $10.20 an hr.

  Responsibilities for this Office Support Assistant position include but are not limited to:

  Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.

  Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material

  Handle multiple phone lines, transfer calls as needed, and take messages

  Data Entry

  Located and attached appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

  -Handling incoming mail and ensuring the correct recipient receives the correct mail

  -Filing

  Qualifications for this Office Support Assistant position include:

  High School Diploma-Minimum 1-year prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs

  Basic literacy and numeracy skills

  -Self-motivated

  Good customer service skill-Excellent attention to detail

  Pay Details: $13.58 per hour
