Apply today and become a valuable member of our team!DESCRIPTION OF WORKThe role involves examining and inputting financial responsibility data, as well as making decisions on various administrative actions such as suspensions, rescinding records, reinstatements, restorations, citations, renewals, and processing complied records related to a motorist's vehicle registration. The position also entails determining whether to deny or issue registration plates and cards and evaluating applications to decide whether they should be rejected or processed based on the provided documentation. Additionally, the job requires assessing content to select the appropriate processing or error response codes. Furthermore, the position is responsible for handling certified mail received in the Financial Responsibility Section, which includes tasks such as opening, tracking, and processing the mail. The role also involves conducting phone verifications with insurance agents and departments to gather information about customers' financial responsibility. Moreover, the position is responsible for requesting documentation from insurance companies regarding any lapses in insurance coverage. Finally, you must accurately process work based on the obtained documentation.
