　　Job Description:

　　The Manager of Treasury Services within Cash Management will work under the direction of the Senior Manager and be responsible for implementing projects related to treasury services utilized by DFS. They will work closely with third-party banks (i.e., JPMC, Citibank) and vendors (i.e., FIS), and internal business units (i.e., Payment Services). This person will also contribute strategic thinking to optimize the use of payment systems (Fed Wire, ACH), check collections, and information reporting to enhance DFS business lines. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

　　Responsibilities

　　Engages with treasury management banking relationships and works with banking partners to continually improve corporate banking infrastructure and processes. Performs bank account opening/closing, updating banking resolutions, and signatories.Responsible (with Senior Manager) for implementing projects related to treasury work station (Quantum). Participates in regularly held status meetings. Appropriately communicates project and task status. Works closely with third-party vendor (FIS) and internal business units and participates in testing the functionality.Manages Treasury Services and OFAC staff while maintaining priorities and compliance with regulatory requirements as well as DFS Policies.Partners with Discover's business units to provide consultative services to choose the most appropriate cash management service. Works to minimize bank fees.Assists and possibly leads Cash Management projects and working group committees with internal and external business partners. Leads development, implementation, and optimization of Treasury IT systems.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field4+ years of experience in Treasury Services, Banking, or related fieldIn lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Treasury Services, Banking, or related field

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
