  Position Description:

  CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst 1 to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC

  Your future duties and responsibilities

  (1) Receive and process expert witness, litigative consultant and alternative dispute resolutions contract requests from litigative program offices.

  (2) Check requests for accuracy and completeness. Verifies vendor information (SAM), case information and funding information.

  (3) Complete funding request and JPQ/JIQ process in UFMS management system and enters into access database (protrac).

  (4) Complete contract documents to include: Statement of Work (SOW), Schedule Rate and Cost (SRC), Memo For Record, Justification For Other Than Full and Open Completion (JOFOC) and all requested documents.

  (5) Process funded action in UFMS for award in conjunction with the Contracting Officer assigned to the request.

  (6) Distribute contract award to vendor and program office.

  (7) Conduct quality assurance reviews of requests as needed and prepares various reports pertaining to subjects as needed.

  (8) Must have excellent knowledge of basic fact-gathering and the ability to problem solve and make viable recommendations for problem resolution.

  (9) Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member.

  (10) Data Entry and experience with WORD, ADOBE and EXCEL

  Required qualifications to be successful in this role.

  • Must be able to successfully obtain a DOJ Public Trust

  • High School Diploma

  • Must be able to pass CGI Federal background investigation.

  Hourly Rate: $25.72/hour

  CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
