What you\'ll be doing: Providetimely and accurate response to assigned internal and external customersto include service requests from producers, agencies, CM Groupsubsidiaries, and others to support the retention of business.Collaborate with underwriters to establish target dates and communicatecoverage limitation issues. Assist in reviewing applications receivedfor completeness and request missing information from producer.Responsibilities to include account set up, quoting, proposals, policyissuance, policy administration requests, and account service. Documentand maintain unit processes and procedures and disseminate informationto the applicable team. On any given day, you\'ll: Develop relationshipsand work within team and across departments to ensure customer tasks arecompleted and customer response expectations are achieved. Ensure properinitiation and completion of quote requests, including the completion ofproposals. Initiate and facilitate renewal process in collaboration withunderwriter and timely, professional communication with producer.Analyze and approve or reject endorsement transactions within bindingauthority. Assist in resolving customer service issues. Complete theclearance process (all channels). Ensure proper initiation andcompletion of incoming requests for policy issuance and policyadministration. Identify areas for improvement with recommendations forprocess, procedure, or system changes. Complete reports for producerproductivity, quality, customer response, and customer satisfactionmetrics. Complete reports, audits, and tasks, as needed, to identifyindividual and team results and report to management.
