　　My client is looking to hire several Mail Processor for their Undeliverable Mail Team in Des Moines. 　　work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　While this role handles mail, it is in an office setting not a mailroom setting.

　　This team handles undeliverable mail for both home equity and home mortgage

　　Any mail that gets returned undeliverable, they try to find a good address using various systems

　　Each piece of mail requires them to efficiently look through 3-4 different systems to identify updates

　　If they find a good address, they update and resend the mail out to the new updated address

　　If can't find a good address, they notate this in the system and destroy the mail

　　Hiring to support upcoming volume for their busy season because all 1098's are going out for every loan that they have which drives high amounts of return mail
