The Role
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met and coordinate necessary repairs and improvements.
Manage car fleet. (fuel usage, parking space allocation, traffic penalties.)
Schedule and coordinate maintenance. (HVAC, Pest Control)
Source and procure office supplies, including stationery, cleaning, and kitchen equipment.
Administer company cell phones and contracts.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes from a facilities standpoint.
Track and manage company assets, ensuring their proper usage and maintenance.
Provide assistance to the reception area as needed.
Coordinate office workspaces and facilitate meeting room bookings.
Manage the emergency notification system and conduct periodic drills to ensure preparedness.
Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors providing facilities services.
Ensure vendor performance aligns with established standards.
The Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in Turkish and English
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
