Beacon Hill Legal's client, a multinational law firm, is seeking a Corporate M&A Paralegal to join their team. Vast experience in emerging markets is required for this role.

　　Responsibilities:Collaborate with attorneys and clients to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions in Emerging Markets.Conduct due diligence reviews, analyze legal documents, and assist in the preparation of transactional documents.Manage the closing process, including document execution, communication with stakeholders, and coordination of post-closing activities.Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in Emerging Markets that may impact M&A transactions.Assist in the preparation of corporate governance documents and compliance filings.Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to M&A activities.Provide support in negotiating and structuring deals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.4+ years of experience as an M&A Corporate Paralegal, with a focus on Emerging Markets transactions.Strong knowledge of M&A legal processes and documentation.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in legal research and document management tools.Salary: Willing to go over $160,000+ for this candidate (depending on experience)
