CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Manager for Records Administration & Management Services (RAMS) in support of BUPERS/NPC Force Management (FM) and
the MyNavy HR Enterprise.
Perform day-to-day project management activities, including issue resolution, coordination of initiatives, schedule management, risk/quality management, and reporting. Identify and report project issues. Qualify each issue; perform an analysis of alternatives for issue resolution, track progress towards completion in weekly and monthly status reports (WSR & MSR) and report resolution of each issue.
Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area or maybe responsible for developing technical solutions that require collaboration with internal expertise and deep analysis of the technical system.
Plans/establishes or works to achieve goals and objectives for a team, with direct impact on the immediate- or short-term operational results of the department (e.g., less than 1 year). May be responsible for entire projects or process within job area.
What You’ll Get to Do :
Supervise a team consisting of professionals, directs and reviews the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results. Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Required to work on customer site.
Requires active SECRET Clearance.
Knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules and/or EMPRS, PERSTEMPO Help Desk and/or Message Center operations.
Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group; ability to deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members.What We Can Offer You :
