Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

Join our team as a Material Handler and contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. Your role will involve responding to calls from the sales floor promptly, unloading/receiving deliveries, pulling and staging orders, and ensuring accuracy and security of all loads before delivery. You will operate forklifts , provide excellent customer service, and may assist with delivery and unloading of materials at customer sites or jobsites as assigned. Your commitment to performing all duties safely is crucial.

Skills

Forklift Operating - 6+ Months

Heavy Lifting/General Labor - 2+ Years

Consistent Work History - 1-1.5 yrs at a time

Timely and professional response

Excellent customer service

Professional manner with customers and coworkers

Work Environment

You will be working in a warehouse setting which is laborious and can be hot. You'll be part of a team of 5-6 other material handlers, working together to load and unload trucks. Your working hours are from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and you are required to wear steel-toed boots, jeans, and a clean work shirt.
