Overview

　　The logistics specialist is responsible for declaring goods for import / export, certification for customs clearance purposes and organizing the logistics process at the feed additives production plant in the Industrial Special Economic Zone "Lipetsk" (Russia).

　　Responsibilities

　　Interaction with the foreign suppliers, negotiation of terms and conditions of delivery, business correspondence;

　　Preparation and checking of shipping documents, calculation of customs fees and duties for payment;

　　Organization of inbound and outbound logistics (road transportation, multimodal transportation, liquid cargo transportation), negotiations with local domestic forwarders;

　　Preparation of internal and customs reports, statistical reporting for customs authorities;

　　Regular interaction with customs and veterinary authorities (Rosselkhoznadzor, Veterinary Directorate);

　　Conclusion of contracts with transport companies, customs brokers, freight forwarding service providers;

　　Obtaining permits for the import of the goods;

　　Work in the veterinary information system "Mercury"; registration of veterinary accompanying documents;

　　C ertification of e quipment;

　　Obtaining permits for the exit of the trucks and goods from the territory of Special Economic Zone "Lipetsk".

　　Qualifications

　　Higher education;

　　More than 3 years of experience in foreign economic activity ;

　　Good knowledge of logistics, Incoterms and customs legislation, especially related to Special Economic Zone specifics ;

　　Experience in the field of logistics, especially in the organization of import supply chains;

　　Power user of MS-Office and specialized software ("Alta-Soft", "STM", "Fill-Bill" is an advantage);

　　Able to work in the team and in the stand-alone mode;

　　Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate;

　　Customer focused, communicative & assertive;

　　Neatness, attentiveness and high organization;

　　Able to plan activities, to anticipate and to take initiatives;

　　Flexible in adjusting to organizational needs of the Company.
