　　Statement of Purpose

　　Responsible for the daily operations and management of the hospital\'sAccounts Receivable/Revenue Cycle Operations. Plans for the futuredirection of the Patient Financial Services department. Coordinatesbilling, and credit & collections procedures. Oversees Patient Accessand Health Information Management departments. In collaboration with themanagers of PA and HIM departments, implements new programs andprocedures to improve services, operations, and efficiency within theRevenue Cycle team. Responds to changes within the institution and theexternal environment. Establishes annual department goals and providesthe overall direction regarding patient fiscal services priorities andstandards.
