This position can be located in any ENERCON office location.Responsibilities (including but are not limited to)Provide ongoing oversight to PMAs and administrative staff (as required) within division; assist with performance evaluations for PMAs in coordination with the Project Manager Supervisor and PMA Supervisor.Provide training to new PMAs (i.e., PMA Qualification Training Course) and mentor division PMAs in coordination with the PMA Supervisor to enhance performance and skillset.Assist Division and PMA Supervisor with recruiting and hiring to support division's needs.Assist with implementing improvements to processes and job aids in coordination with the PMA Supervisor and Project Management leadership.Demonstrate knowledge of contract language, cost estimates and proposals to ensure division projects are in compliance with client contracts and ENERCON proposals, policies, and procedures.Understand the effect of project setup and maintenance on division and ENERCON financials and objectives.Responsible for the setup and maintenance of projects in ENERCON's ERP software, including but not limited to project creation, task setup, resource assignments, quality management system requirements setup, project specific training setup/tracking, pre-bill and invoicing reviews, client change order processing, subcontractor purchase order creation and invoice processing, project closeout, etc.Oversee the setup and maintenance of projects in ENERCON's ERP software by other division PMAs. Provide project setup quality control and ensure exception report items are resolved timely for division projects.Process client contract and vendor subcontract transmittals for ENERCON's repository. Ensure division PMAs and/or administrative staff timely process transmittals for division projects.Conduct routine prebill and invoice reviews to ensure accurate billing; identify discrepancies and seek resolution.Provide billing oversight for division PMAs to ensure timely and accurate completion of prebill and invoicing reviews.Assist with tracking timely invoice submittal and receipt of client payments for division projects.Ensure on-hold/cancelled drafts for division projects are timely resolved for issuance.Generate complex reports and performs advanced project and portfolio analysis using Key Performance Indicators (KPI), such as revenue and profit margin, to support project managers, the project manager supervisor and division leadership; propose solutions to divisions.Aid in managing projects and portfolio of projects based on Estimate to Complete (ETC) to ensure revenue recognition and financial posting accuracy. Ensures compliance of division's projects with company policy and accounting principles including advanced project review during monthly financial close.Foster and maintain working relations with Project Managers, and other essential stakeholders i.e., Accounting, Project Controls, Director of Project Management, Manager of Projects, Division Director, PM Supervisor, PMA Supervisor, QARAs, Engineering and Technical staff.Foster and maintain working relationships with external clients; communicates with client counterparts by sending reports and addressing client needs/requests.Troubleshoot issues with engineering, project management, and leadership in the ERP sRequired qualifications / skillsA minimum of 8 years of experience of business administration, p
