Job Description

　　Be hands on.

　　Mentor, guide and lead the team on the technical front

　　Collaborate with counterparts to understand requirements in detail and come up design, task breakdown

　　Building Architecture and frameworks for complex, scalable product

　　Proficient Full Stack resource with Java/J2EE.

　　Proficient in RESTful web services, Service Oriented Architecture and Microservice development.

　　Proficient in SQL Queries with Oracle or any Backend technologies.

　　Software Design and Hands-on Development in Java

　　Deep understanding of Software architecture patterns, Design Patterns and Data Structures.

　　Experinence of Jenkins/GIT or other Continuos Integration/version control tools.

　　Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) would be added advantage.

　　Responsibilities

　　Passionate about technology. Love for technology. Take end-to-end ownership.

　　Inter-personal skills to influence team, peers and upper management with effective communication and collaborative techniques.

　　Ability to clearly articulate problems, solutions etc. (Written and verbal)

　　Able to see gaps and areas of improvement in technologies, provide recommendations and take initiative to fix the problems.

　　Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and take up responsibilities based on the organizational/business need.
