  Umbra is seeking a highly professional, organized, and talented Executive Assistant to join our team. As our company grows, we require a detail-oriented and quality-focused professional to help us maintain and maximize productivity, professionalism, and project implementation excellence. The Executive Assistant will be based in our Santa Barbara office, report to the Chief Executive Officer and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of high priority company initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities

  Maintain a comprehensive schedule for the CEO, keeping them apprised of their obligations and upcoming engagements.

  Oversee and coordinate the CEO's daily agenda and commitments.

  Arrange and organize travel itineraries and meeting logistics.

  Compose high-quality memorandums, reports, and various professional documents.

  Draft instructions for action representing the CEO's directives.

  Execute the CEO's assignments and requests to a high standard of excellence, ensuring prompt completion.

  Perform all tasks to a level that meets or exceeds the standard for quality and professionalism.

  Help ensure that work assigned to others meets or exceeds the standard for quality and professionalism.

  Reinforce a culture of professionalism on behalf of the CEO.

  Prepare expense reports accurately and efficiently.

  Fulfill additional professional responsibilities as assigned.

  Required Qualifications

  15 or more years of relevant professional experience including 5 years in a similar role

  Excellent authorship with command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative work environment

  Pay Transparency:

  This job posting may span more than one career level. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base ranges for all job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by skills, responsibilities and relevant work experience.
