　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead CNO Test Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　As a Lead CNO Test Engineer, you will work in agile environment and leverage your skills in Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, and Networking to devise operational scenarios, performance tests, and support operations.

　　You will be a contributing member of a small multi-disciplinary team and responsible for characterizing system behavior, analyzing performance and contribute to readiness reviews and product release cycles.

　　You must be able to effectively communicate with the technical team, management, and customer to keep them informed of progress, plans and potential issues.

　　You may be expected to collaborate with other organizations and teams to gain the necessary insight to accurately assess system performance.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology and 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.

　　Experience testing large scale systems.

　　Experience developing System Test Plans, Requirements Test Verification Matrices and System Test Cases.

　　Experience working with, configuring, and testing embedded systems.

　　Participation in system test readiness reviews and operation readiness reviews.

　　Knowledge of networks and IP subnets/routing is required. Ability to configure network interfaces, set IP addresses and subnets.

　　Experience creating and configuring Virtual Machines to emulate operational environments.

　　Familiarity with basic VLAN/VPN/NAT concepts.

　　Familiarity with signal analysis tools such as Wireshark.

　　Development experience using Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.

　　Familiarity with the Linux operating system.

　　Experience working in an Agile environment utilizing the Atlassian suite.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience testing systems that host Real-Time Operating Systems such as VxWorks, Integrity, eCos or POSIX compliant Operating Systems such as Solaris or BSD.

　　Familiarity with SVN or GIT version control systems along with an understanding of basic Configuration Management principles.

　　Experience with network test equipment such as Spirent/Ixia/Xena packet testers.

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Active/Current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to startPhysical Requirements:

　　Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another (at customer site).

　　Communicating with others to exchange information and frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
