About LATAM Regional Marketing Manager

  monday.com is scaling its business in LATAM and is looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager to lead its regional marketing efforts in LATAM, focusing on Brazil and Mexico. As part of our growing team, this role will have a pivotal impact on the region's marketing and go-to-market strategies and will be in charge of building and executing the marketing plan in alignment with revenue targets.

  About The Role

  monday.com is scaling its business in LATAM and is looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager to lead its regional marketing efforts in LATAM, focusing on Brazil and Mexico. As part of our growing team, this role will have a pivotal impact on the region's marketing and go-to-market strategies and will be in charge of building and executing the marketing plan in alignment with revenue targets.

  Proactively own and implement the region-specific marketing plan for customer acquisition and expansionCollaborate effectively with the global Marketing teams within the HQ in Tel Aviv to align and promote LATAM's needs and be the go-to with LATAM's strategy and execution for the HQ marketing.Help to build an installed base of new customers in the LATAM market.Create a partner-led marketing program and push local partners towards successful executionApply multichannel marketing best practices to generate and accelerate sales pipeline.Plan, execute, track, analyze, and optimize the region's marketing activitiesWork closely with regional sales org to develop and deliver account-based marketing plans in full alignment between sales and marketing.Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events, hosted and sponsored as a main marketing scope.

  Your Experience & Skills

  Deep understanding of LATAM market8+ years of experience in B2B marketing and GTM rolesRegional marketing experience 3+ yearsMarketing events management experienceFluent English speaking and writing skillsFluent Portuguese and Spanish speaking and writing skills (as the role require talking to marketing managers and customers in Brazil and Mexico and producing marketing materials in both languages)Experience with working with local channel partners - advantageBoth high level strategic thinking along side with hands on requirements and skillsWorking in a high speed companies- advantage

  Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Sao Paulo office and requires 3 days in office.
