　　The Project Manager (PM) will work across the organization, working closely with manufacturing and design teams to ensure that the projects are on time and in budget as well as meeting functional and technical requirements.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Under general supervision, manages multiple internal projects throughout the project life cycle (single or multidiscipline projects)

　　Drives various components of project planning and execution on multiple projects such as completion of multiple detailed project specifications

　　Leads project activities across functional groups

　　Ensures that project deliverables are properly completed and directly impacts cost containment, efficiency, or profitability of operations

　　Provides guidance and mentoring to more junior team members

　　Able to identify and manage risks to successful project delivery and familiar with risk management tools

　　Required Skills:

　　4-5 years of PM experience

　　Familiarity mechanical system, controls hardware and software

　　Technical knowledge: ability to learn and understand the technology

　　Attention to detail

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Strong communications skills with all stakeholders including project team and leadership (Written and Verbal)

　　Ability to develop relationships across the departments

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Oilfield Equipment or off highway equipment design experience highly preferred

　　Proficient in Microsoft Project and Azure

　　PMP certification preferred

　　Education Requirements:

　　Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), and 4 years of related experience
