　　As one of our talented Beauty Advisor you will represent the image, products and culture of Jo Malone London to the customer and you will continually exceed customer expectations within this luxury brand. Extraordinary customer service skills (such as the signature hand and arm massages at the Tasting Bar™), excellent product knowledge, a talent for story-telling and the drive to achieve all sales targets, are essential in this role.

　　Qualifications

　　1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the beauty sector)

　　You have a passion for beauty and fragrance

　　Service expertise in a luxurious environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're a natural born storyteller

　　Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events

　　Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English

　　Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
