Description

Our reputable organization is looking for a proactive and highly organized Contracts Manager. In this position, you will oversee and manage all contract-related activities, ensuring they meet both corporate objectives and legal requirements. This role presents the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing you the flexibility to work 2-3 days on-site in Newport Beach office.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contracts

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with business partners

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies

Identify potential risks and provide contracts related solutions

Coordinate with legal counsel to address legal and contractual issues

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in contract management

Excellent knowledge of contract laws and regulations

Superior communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

The ability to concurrently manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and contract management software
