　　As a member of the HR team, your tasks are:

　　Participating in end-to-end HR recruitmentactivitiesActive sourcing of candidates, especially in the IT field (e.g. LinkedIn)Phone screening of candidates both in Hungarian and in EnglishProviding an excellent candidate experience through the interview process: handling technical tasks, scheduling interviews, participating on interviews and giving feedback to the candidatesPre-boarding activities to make sure our future employees are well-informed and ready to join our companyRecruitment related admin tasks: handling candidates in our ATS, managingCV database and emlpoyee referrals, preparing HR reports in Excel, handling job adsAdditional InformationAn inspiring local team and collaboration in our international development networkDynamic, youthful corporate culture and a challenging role with end-to-end responsibilityA mentoring program that offers the chance to receive guidance and knowledge from our seasoned colleagues in a close-knit environmentAn opportunity for career advancement as we offer three tiers of internship levels, allowing you to progress further on your career pathNew and modern office in the heart of Budapest (near Kalvin square)Flexible work-from-home arrangements
