　　Manages, controls and processes the monthly closing through the SAP management system, analyzing the Plant's profitability and identifying the major deviations from the standard;

　　Takes care of monthly reporting to the group, including comments on deviations and additional information requested;

　　Develops monthly forecasts to review the annual projection of results;

　　Analyzes monthly KPIs with reference to the trend of sales prices, production efficiency, etc.

　　Manages, controls and processes the management control dedicated to the Research and Development department; •

　　Prepares the strategic plan with the support of the function manager and deals with the definition and development of the standard costing for the following year; • Analysis of processes and definition / maintenance of management control procedures; •

　　Deals with the costing of production bills of quantities; •

　　Use of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) for operational purposes;

　　• Degree in Economics and/or Management Engineering

　　At least 4/5 years' experience in management control

　　Knowledge of management control principles and methods

　　Solid knowledge of accounting, budgeting and budget analysis

　　Excellent knowledge of Excel

　　Excellent knowledge of SAP•

　　Proactive, operational and with an aptitude for continuous improvement

　　Strong analytical and organizational skills

　　Fluency in English

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
