　　THE POSITION

　　The Maintenance Systems Analyst supports the central coordination in the Mt. Vernon plant for the key areas of:

　　Steering implementation & standardization of maintenance best practices from MaintainMe with the Heads of Maintenance, coordinate the usage of the Maintenance best practices on the shop floor.

　　Moderate machine reliability analysis with area leaders and Engineers and support the execution of action plans.

　　Support the closing of Gaps of Engineering and Maintenance originated from external audits as well as GAP workshops.

　　Support communication channels of maintenance and advertisement; newsletter, magazine, announcements, souvenirs, etc.

　　Support implementation of Care & inspection, 5S/TPM, workshop best practices in all areas.

　　Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or closely related degree
