This is a posting for iOS (QTY-3) or Android (QTY-3) Mobile Developers. As an Android/iOS Software Engineer, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.Job Responsibilities:

　　Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Develops secure and high-quality production code Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

　　Requirements

　　Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Java/Kotlin programming languages Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle Understanding of architectural patterns such as MVP and MVVM Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience in financial institutions

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

　　We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
