　　Job Summary

　　Grande Cheese Company is looking for a highly organized, self starter to fill our new International Perfect Order Coordinator role. The International Perfect Order Coordinator serves as the last line of defense to ensure all orders leave our Distribution Center exactly as they are ordered and for the maintaining and correct allocation of inventory. This role will have the opportunity to work dually between our office spaces and the Distribution Center floor. This role is a critical resource on all products & processes, paperwork and photographs, order accuracy, order intervals, discrepancy resolution, escalations, and day-to-day process improvements surrounding our international orders. The International Perfect Order Coordinator will facilitate cooperation between the Distribution Center, supply planning, sales, and supporting departments to fulfill international orders of “The Finest Italian Cheeses That Money Can Buy”!

　　What you need to be considered for the role:

　　2 Year Associate Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field required.

　　Three (3) or more years of experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, with work experience and/or training in a related field.

　　Preferred:

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills.

　　Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking abilities.

　　Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform assignments autonomously.

　　Experience with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn other computer applications quickly.

　　Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
