　　Position Title Graduate Assistant - Men's Crew

　　FLSA Exempt

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　St. Lawrence University is currently seeking applications for a Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s Crew. This is a 9-month position (August 2024 – May 2025) targeted toward graduate students seeking a master’s degree. Remuneration includes a competitive coaching stipend, student health insurance, and eligibility for tuition remission (6 graduate classes per year in the University’s graduate program). St Lawrence offers a Master of Arts in Leadership.

　　Duties/Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities include providing instruction and assisting in practice preparation, race day duties, recruiting, and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head Coach.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree is required.

　　Strong oral and written communication skills.

　　Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements to drive University vehicles required.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Collegiate rowing and/or coaching experience preferred.

　　Salary $888 biweekly
