Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.Working as an Associate Project Engineer, you will be the authority/support person for various engineering projects in Automation & Electrification Service, Process Automation Energy Industries (PAEN), Cleveland, Ohio, providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals.You will be responsible for assisting all aspects of system implementation of a project including loading systems, configuring networks and preparing systems for shipment.In this role, you will prepare and modify various computer and network systems by applying standard design concepts.This is a position with global grade15This position reports toEngineering Manager - Cyber SecurityYour responsibilitiesSupport ongoing DCS (Distributed control system) system strategies for loading standards for Symphony and 800xA product linesSupport engineers and project teams within PAEN region with project design reviews (Computer Specifications, Network Architecture) and direct contract supportAssist with performing installations of hardware and software in several environments including Windows based servers with an emphasis on Windows 2019 serverAssist with configuring system networks comprised of servers, workstations, communication devices and peripheral equipmentSupport physical and electronic setup and alteration of computers and system networks to meet customer and contract specificationsAssist proposals teams for estimating hours and equipmentSupport and drive quality efforts in project executionAssist with on site commissioning supportAbility and willingness to travel approximately up to 20 percent of the timeYour backgroundA Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering degree and minimum 2 years of experience in configuration of computer systems or networksExposure to virtualization, routing and firewalls preferredWorking knowledge of administrating Information Systems and Virtual environments preferred to include DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, vCenter, ESXi, SAN, NAS, DAS, iSCSI, Cisco OS, LINUX setup and administration and troubleshooting.
