Minimum Requirements And Qualification
Actively enrolled in a Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering program, or related discipline, from an accredited collegeHighly motivated; able to perform team tasks with low direct supervision while utilizing virtual collaboration tools.1+ years of applicable experienceExperience Preferred:
General knowledge of vulnerability analysisPrevious experience working with government contractorsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge/Skills Needed:
Understanding of technical theories / concepts in field of systems engineering design and manufacturingEffective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in team environment interacting with a variety of functional areas and management levelsMajor Responsibility Areas And Duties
Work with experienced software and systems engineering professionals to learn system engineering principles on a large-scale programResearch new components, technologies, and methods to incorporate into new designsAssist in the creation and review of documentation required to support configuration and implementations of multi-function designs.Participate in discussions on requirements and system specificationsInterfaces with software, systems, and mechanical engineering disciplines to ensure that the overall design requirements are captured and accomplishedWorks with systems engineers to ensure that all requirements are identified, captured, and analyzed, such that design can be developed that satisfy the requirementsWorks with Project Engineers to ensure design solutions are delivered on time and on budget and meet other project management requirementOther duties as directed.* Must be able to maintain a school/work schedule of a minimum of 15 hours and a maximum of 29 hours per week *
