LOCATED IN WESTCHESTER, NY

Our client, an Insurance Agency is seeking a Paralegal for its Elmsford, NY office on a 3-6 month, contract basis. This is an on-site position. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with Insurance Defense and / or Litigation. Job duties include assisting the Attorneys throughout the litigation process, including drafting and preparing discovery demands, organizing medical records, communicating with clients, and preparing motions. Role is 37.5 hours a week on-site in the Elmsford, NY office. Please apply if you are IMMEDIATAELY available as this is a CONTRACT assignment.

Requirements

2+ years of Insurance Defense experience (litigation experience also considered)

Ability to start immediately

Commute to Elmsford, NY location
