This role is ideal for someone who has a knack for establishing and regulating an organization's accounting and finance procedures. To succeed in this Accounting Manager role with a burgeoning, innovative company, you will need to take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. 　　Responsibilities

　　Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met

　　Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

　　Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

　　Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

　　Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

　　Assemble a variety of technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses

　　Regularly review and inspect balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

　　Requirements - Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

　　Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Customer service oriented communication skills

　　Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax

　　Well-founded grasp of auditing

　　Accounting Software Systems experience desired

　　Experience with ERP Solutions

　　Data processing experience

　　Quality experience with Commision Functions

　　Foundational knowledge in Epicor

　　Proven knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Practical knowledge of Cash Activity

　　General familiarity with Billing Functions

　　Proven technical skills

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Recent relevant financial experience
