Summary
The primary focus of the HRIS Analyst II position is to support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System, in addition to other systems supported by the HR Technology Team. This role is dedicated to administration within the company’s SuccessFactors talent management system with an emphasis on the Employee Central module. This individual ensures data integrity, configuration and testing of system changes, troubleshooting interfaces, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. In addition, this individual will support system upgrades, patches, interfaces to 3rd party vendors, testing for the HRIS, and additional systems supported by HR Technology.
This position will support our Human Resources team and is eligible to work a remote schedule. The ideal candidate will be based out of the following locations:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Implementation and Support System Administration:
Develops proficiency in all components of the system including, management of foundation objects and picklists, configuration of workflows, and assisting with/trouble-shooting data integration
Participates in implementation projects as SME for Employee Central
Assist in the review, testing, system upgrades or patches, and semi-annual releases
Organizes and facilitates testing as needed, creating user test scripts from a functional and end-user perspective
Designs and maintains system processes, procedures, import templates, and support documentation
Provide user support and assistance within the HRIS ticketing system.
Works with third-party support services to create tickets, troubleshoot issues, and manage resolutions
Create and execute system uploads when necessary to input large batches of data
Internal Stakeholders and Customer Service:
Defines business requirements of end users as needed on project implementations and ongoing module support
Works interactively with business process owners and provides functional guidance and knowledge in architecting a best practice solution to fit business needs
Recommends and implements system administration policies, including managing the end-user experience and ensuring training is provided to internal and external customers
Report Creation and Metrics:
Designs and generates ad hoc and recurring reports for audits, compliance reporting, and internal business needs
Leverage administrative tools within SuccessFactors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
Minimum 2+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central experience required
Minimum 2+ years of HRIS administration or configuration within SAP preferred
Minimum of 1+ years of experience building/executing complex reports
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables)
Proven ability to work creatively, innovatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to work collaboratively across business functions
Ability to consult on HRIS projects including gathering/interpreting business requirements
Must have proven organizational, and time management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Project management experience and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate changes or updates to various HR users (both technical and non-technical) is critical
Demonstrated communication (written and oral) including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
