Job PurposeEnsure effective deployment of HR strategies which are fully aligned with business priorities and HR prioritiesDelivering high quality, standardized HR interventions across a range of HR activities to business leaders including senior leaders and line managers as well as employees to enable them to add maximum value to the business.Responsible for about 400- 500 employees across multiple functionsBe accountable for working with business leaders to build a high performance culture with growth mindset in the fast move environmentKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic business partner with business leaders to enable the business to deliver the strategy and improve performancePartner with business leaders on critical people and organizational decisions, including structural changes, workforce plan, people moves and leadership hiring.Change Management and Cultural Development utilizing the result of GSK Survey etc.Leadership Development and coaching for senior leaders and line managersSuccession Planning and Talent Management to ensure key talent in critical roles and succession depth for critical rolesBuild strong career frameworks; develop and deliver customized training programs for business needsOrganizational Design and Development in support of business leadersEmbed GSK's way of working and culture into whole organization as one legal entity.Support transition of organization structural changes to strengthen/support Japan business, address career and retention issuesDeliver key HR activities and processes through the year in line with plan, including performance management and manpower planningCoach line managers around people related policies, processes and ways of workingDrive people engagement and retention through creation and execution of robust plansBuild an inclusive and diverse cultureSupport ER team in resolution of ER issues and implement prevention strategies and compliant cultureSupport the design and implementation of Employee Health and Safety planKnowledge/Education Required
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor Degree
Preferred Level of Education: MBA

8 years of experience with various HR areas
5 years of experience, with strong exposure to business partnering roles in the Pharma industry
