　　What you'll do in this role:Cultivate, build and maintain positive relationships with independentcontractors, family members and others stakeholdersRecruit new independent contractors to ensure we have enough qualifiedproviders to provide the services neededMonitor service/program plans, assessments, and goals, making certainthat the personal outcomes for individuals served are being metReview information from medical visits, providing follow-up to monitormedication administration for accuracy.Review and provide assistance as needed to develop and implement service planswhile ensuring proper documentationSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 with some on-call responsibilitiesSALARY: $55,000
