Performs nursing procedures for which his or her training has providedthe necessary skills and judgment.
Assists with the rehabilitation of patients according to the care plandirected by the physician.
Observes and records all pertinent information and reporting to theappropriate supervisor and physician.
Teaches patients, family members, and auxiliary nursing personnel properhealth maintenance care.
Performs documentation according to clients policy.
Monitors patients conditions and assess their vital signs, noting anyphysical or mental decline and reporting back to the nurse managerand/or doctor.
Follow culturally diverse nursing standards to provide quality,culturally competent patient care.
Answer and attend to patient calls for help; take necessary actionaccording to protocol
Follow state and federal mandated standards and procedures.
You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all teammembers.
Strong knowledge of basic medicine and medical equipment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to keep patient information confidential
Basic computer and record keeping skills
Physical and mental stamina; ability to work long hours on ones feet
Consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality
Maintains current competency in nursing specialty
