  Your opportunity

  Provide support to the HR Business Partners by delivering a proactive HR service to internal client groups in relation to all aspects of HR delivery (EE Survey, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Compensation etc.), in addition to BAU activities

  Manage the monthly headcount and position reports

  Manage recruitment / offer process, including obtaining the relevant approvals, drafting job descriptions, liaising with the compensation team on market data, submitting new roles to recruitment

  Responsible for reviewing employment contracts and other contractual documentation

  Provide support on junior talent hiring initiatives

  Provide assistance to junior managers and employees on policies & procedures, and ensure policy documentation (including EU Handbooks) is reviewed and updated regularly

  Use and analyse people data (i.e. absence management and performance) to support the HR Business Partners in making people recommendations to their business

  Provide support with life cycle Employee Relations matters (redundancies, terminations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management)

  Collaborate and support the HR Coordinator team on HR processes, proactively looking for improvements.

  Proactively assist with HR projects and initiatives

  Work in collaboration with the HR centers of excellence, including the Reward, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams on compensation, recruitment, and talent review processes.

  Develop and maintain relationships with the broader HR team and internal stakeholders as necessary (i.e. Finance, Compliance etc) including colleagues in the US and APAC

  Carry out other duties as assigned

  Must have skills

  CIPD qualified (or part qualified)

  Experience of working in an established HR team

  Microsoft office skills, including Excel (vlookups, pivots)

  Ability to balance and complete multiple priorities simultaneously.

  Ability to build effective relationships with business unit clients and HR peers; good team player.

  Able to work well independently, with little supervision.

  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional and appropriate manner

  Continually seeking ways to be more efficient and effective. Adopt a data driven mindset

  Nice to have skills

  Experience of working within financial services

  Experience of working within a matrix organisation that has experienced a significant level of change

  Experience with Employee Relations matters (redundancies, terminations, disciplinary, grievances, performance management)

  Experience working with EU offices and an understanding of EU legislation

  Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
