Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Program Manager - Digital Sales Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving change management and building out core processes as the Digital Sales Enterprise (DSE) organization continues to grow and evolve. This role will be accountable for operationalizing sales strategy, driving growth, and accelerating transformation through strategic thinking, operational rigor, change management excellence, and sales enablement leadership.
Be the change management leader. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure the DSE sales strategy lands. Build and execute the DSE communications plans, including integration with the broader sales organization’s change management/comms plans.
Champion DSE compensation evolution as we look to build a more nimble compensation structure.
Work with Global Talent Acquisition on recruiting and hiring. Own and track DSE blueprint and all open headcount. Align with regional managers and Human Resources on progress against hiring goals. Analyze and develop proposals for reinvestment as needed for underspend.
Partner with Human Resources to develop and align on role change requirements and work with stakeholders to ensure role viability in local markets to enable sales motion success.
Lead to define partnership and process with Global Business & Sales Operations (BSO) Strategy team and Local BSO leads on account coverage changes and quota changes. Drive and coordinate with regional managers & sales operations on account coverage governance and exception process.
Support development and documentation of sales execution processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements across all DSE sales motions.
Act as a point of contact for compliance related audits and activities.
Partner across sales incentive teams on creating promotions, End Customer Investments Funds (ECIFs) and Discounting scoped to DSE strategy. Ensuring tracking and reporting of these processes and budgets.
Additional ad-hoc projects as business needs arise.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years in change management / sales enablement experience preferred
Able to positively manage ambiguity and complex, matrixed, & fast paced environments
Team player with a track record of helping others to achieve team goals
Established business acumen and mental agility to ramp quickly across diverse businesses and organizations
Time and project management skills with experience in running multiple workstreams simultaneously
Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders
Analytical skills and ability to use data to drive meaningful business decisions
Effectiveness collaborating across groups and driving multi-stakeholder planning processes to desired results
An owner mindset – biased toward action and able to positively influence across functional teams
A self-starter in a dynamic and changing environment motivated to accomplish project objects

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.
