Phillips Home Improvements is seeking In-Home Outside Sales Reps / Estimators to run preset, pre-qualified leads, and be energetic closers who love assisting homeowners with home repair projects, including painting, gutters, siding, and windows.

　　Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Deliver World Class Presentations and accurate written proposals on the spot

　　Know and own the Phillips Sales Methodology

　　Close the sale

　　Provide world class customer service

　　Promote the company on social media

　　Qualifications:

　　Clean driving record

　　Must live within 25 miles of our offices at 204 S. Ash Drive, Allen, TX 75002

　　Winning first impression

　　Ability to listen to customer needs

　　Ability to follow a script

　　Ability to climb a ladder to inspect work

　　Ability to close a sale

　　Skills:

　　Great communicator

　　Proficient with basic Windows computer programs

　　Ability to figure numbers in head

　　NO DEGREE REQUIRED!

　　The Ideal Home Improvement Sales Rep / Estimator Candidate:

　　Inspects what he or she expects

　　Can climb a ladder to inspect a gutter comfortably

　　WOWs customers

　　Promotes the company online

　　Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.

　　Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
