　　Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for a Site Director for Service Delivery. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.

　　The Site Director for Brownsburg, IN will lead and direct site operations to achieve key goals and objectives and the execution of a business operational plan. Will own fulfillment clients P/Ls, deliver client satisfaction and financials (EBIT). Will have the opportunity to mentor and develop growth of future talent.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Interact with senior management while providing updates and solutions on issues about business impact

　　Engage with broader Radial team for support to site operation

　　Coach to ensure career development, productivity and quality objectives are consistently achieved

　　Maintain a working knowledge of all operational processes

　　Review and follow-up on results of production, efficiency, costs and inventory accuracy

　　Provide direction and support to direct reports.

　　Strong and positive interaction with new and existing clients

　　Develop yearly budget and own site P/L

　　Drive, develop & lead continuous improvement initiatives and activities towards achieving yearly improvement goals

　　Build a culture of continuous improvement through execution of Radial Operating Model

　　Develop talent and site succession plans

　　Drive high levels of client Satisfaction and Employee Engagement

　　Drive safety, policy and procedure adherence

　　Adherence to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal safety and labor law

　　Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

　　Ability to lead, direct and coordinate all activities for operating and managing a multiclient fulfillment center

　　Strong communication and presentation skills

　　Sense of urgency to immediately identify and implement corrections

　　Lean thinker, continuous improvement leader

　　Ability to plan, direct and implement site operations to meet planned KPIs and SLAs

　　High financial acumen with the ability to forecast and manage an annual budget while managing the operational processes within set guidelines

　　Hands-on problem-solving skills

　　Proficiency developing metrics planning (good working knowledge of spreadsheets

　　Organizational agility and good influencing skills

　　Work Experience & Education:

　　Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

　　Minimum of 5 years of progressive Operations and management experience required

　　Financial/Cost Management and ownership via operational budget management experience required

　　Experience leading culture improvements and/or transformation required

　　Experience managing a 3PL fulfillment operation highly preferred, ideally in ecommerce, direct to consumer, business to consumer (D2C/B2C)

　　Background and experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodology is required

　　Experience in a fast paced, high volume, multi-client, unit-pick fulfillment center environment highly preferred

　　Management of a distribution facility with multi-level leadership and preferably 200+ full-time associates with experience managing 600-1000+ seasonal associates preferred.

　　Ability to understand, organize and thrive in a highly variable volume operation, balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost in both very low and very high volume periods.

　　Must be proactive, numbers driven and a good anticipated planner

　　Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems a big plus (ideally, Manhattan WMOS and Pyramid WCS)
