We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Van Nuy, CA This role is within the IT services industry and requires a detail-oriented individual who is adept at problem-solving and providing technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Android Development and Cisco Technologies.

• Provide support and guidance for users utilizing Citrix Technologies.

• Assist in the management and maintenance of Mac Computers and Microsoft systems.

• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access permissions.

• Support and troubleshoot Apple Devices as needed.

• Diagnose and repair Computer Hardware issues.

• Participate in Configuration Management tasks to ensure system stability.

• Oversee and manage various IT Deployments.

Requirements • Proven proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

• Solid understanding and practical experience with Cisco Technologies, including network configuration and security.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, including the setup and maintenance of virtualized environments.

• Proficiency in the use and troubleshooting of Mac Computers, with the ability to guide users through problem-solving processes.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software and platforms, including Office 365 and Windows operating systems.

• Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management as well as policy implementation.

• Capable of troubleshooting various Apple Devices, with a focus on iOS-based systems.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware-related issues.

• Experience with Configuration Management, including the ability to maintain and control system configurations.

• Proven experience in Deployments, including the planning, scheduling, and implementation of new systems and software. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
