  Job Main Purpose:

  Job Responsibilities:

  You are accountable for all aspects of the assignee experience, managing the end-to-end process with internal and external vendors.

  You manage physical moves across a variety of policy types including Long Term International Assignees, Short Term Assignees, Local Transfers and Commuters.

  You advise the business on cross borders matters in international remote working arrangements.

  You build close relationships with numerous stakeholders and maintain a tight control of all activities.

  You are the go-to person for your in-country stakeholders and pillars/business functions.

  You have a good understanding of international remote working, employment law, immigration, tax, social security, payroll compliance and vendor management.

  You create and maintain assignee and process documentation.

  You are responsible for payroll instructions and compliance.

  You drive local consistency with global processes, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance.

  You proactively seek insights and feedback through data analytics and dialogue. You drive drive high survey completion rates and engagement. You make suggestions on improving the employee experience, based on the feedback you receive.

  You anticipate employee and family needs, and potential issues and challenges, and proactively work to address these early.

  You work in collaboration with your colleagues on a day to day operational level, prioritise and resolve problems.

  You take the lead and become a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in a particular area. This could include international remote working, tax, social security, immigration, pay review, understanding employee experience, analytics, operational excellence, assignment pro system/digital etc. You will then lead global and local projects relating to your SME area and become the go-to person within the team and globally.

  You participate in presentation and capability building sessions.

  Job Main Requirements & Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree required, Master degree preferred.

  Fluent in English and Arabic. French preferred.

  Min. 4 years of relevant experience in mobility, cross border HR, reward, relocation, immigration and/or tax.

  You are able to work effectively in a virtual team environment and have strong organizational and project management skills.

  You demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence, empathy, and cross-cultural awareness.

  You have a can-do attitude with the ability to recommend quick and pragmatic decisions.

  You are tech-savvy and have an analytical mind.

  You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are a Master of Office Applications.

  You enjoy a challenge and complex problem-solving.

  You communicate clearly and effectively.

  You have strong and demonstratable administrative and prioritisation skills and experience.

  You are a few steps ahead, anticipating employee and family’s needs, and potential challenges.

  You are curious to understand the assignee experience and passionate to create a great experience for our employees and their families.

  You like to work in a dynamic, complex, international and ever-changing environment.
