Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Facturation du service « Facturation Recouvrement » , vous intervenez en support sur tout le périmètre de l’ensemble de nos activités (Neuves, BEX, Entretien, Travaux et Modernisation) et travaillez en collaboration avec l’ensemble du service.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

Assurer la facturation de nos services (vérification des données, émission et envoi client)

Emettre les demandes de cautions bancaires

Assurer des actions de contrôle et d'audit interne pour garantir le respect des process

Être force de proposition pour faire évoluer les process existants et optimiser les délais de traitement

Assurer l'interface entre les clients et les différents services de nos entités "Constructions Neuves" et "Vente Service"

Pour ce faire, vous bénéficierez d’une formation et d’un accompagnement permanent de l’ensemble du Service.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Être diplômé d'une formation type BTS CG ou expérience équivalente

Justifier d'une expérience de 1 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire (première expérience en alternance acceptée)

Avoir une appétence pour les chiffres et

Maitriser les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Logiciels informatiques internes : Altiweb, JD Edwards (ERP), ELog (CRM)

Logiciels informatiques externes : Chorus et plateformes de facturation privées
