　　What does a Forklift Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

　　The forklift operator moves products or materials in a production or warehouseenvironment using powered industrial equipment and/or vehicles with anextremely high focus on safety and the safety of others. Work is conducted ina very fast-paced environment where productivity expectations are high.

　　Responsibilities:Operate industrial forklift and vehicles to relocate product within awarehouse or production facilityTransport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas after theproduct is producedLoad and unload trailers, trucks, or pallets for deliveryEnsure that products are stacked and stored in compliance with regulatory andcompany policies and proceduresRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageForklift certified or a willingness to be trained and become certified within1 monthDriving record must meet Swire's vehicle policyWork weekends and holidays as directed by the businessLift 50 pounds

　　Base pay range is $22.47 plus bonus structure(dependent on role). Payoffered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevantexperience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
