　　Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First-line Manufacturing Manager (level K) based out of Everett, WA to support the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC).

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

　　Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

　　Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

　　Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

　　Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

　　Manages, develops and motivates employees.

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

　　The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

　　3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.

　　1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.

　　1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.

　　Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

　　Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading teams

　　1+ years of Electrical Systems experience.

　　3+ years of experience in a role that requires effective interpersonal communication skills that supports collaboration of team members

　　3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
